This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for all products available for pre-order from Pixel Paw Studio inc. By placing a pre-order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
All Pre-Orders are Final and Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of pre-order products, all sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for pre-ordered items for any reason, including but not limited to, a change of mind or finding the product at a lower price elsewhere after the pre-order is placed.
The funds from your pre-order are used to directly finance the production and manufacturing of the product you have reserved. Once your order is placed, we begin the process of committing resources to create your item, making it challenging to accommodate refund requests.
Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
While all pre-orders are final, we have outlined specific circumstances under which a refund may be issued, as required by law and as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
1. Failure to Meet Shipping Deadlines
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we are committed to shipping your pre-ordered product within the timeframe stated on the product page at the time of your purchase.
- Stated Timeframe: If a specific shipping window (e.g., "Ships in Q3 2025," "Estimated Ship Date: October 2025") is provided on the product page, we will make every reasonable effort to meet that deadline.
- No Stated Timeframe: If no shipping timeframe is specified, we will ship your order within 30 days of purchase.
If we are unable to meet the initial shipping deadline:
- We will notify you via email of the delay and provide a revised estimated shipping date.
- You will have the option to consent to the new shipping date or to cancel your order for a full refund. Your decision must be communicated to us within the timeframe specified in the delay notification.
- If you do not respond to the delay notification, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with FTC guidelines, interpret your silence as consent to the new shipping date for the first delay. For subsequent delays, we will require your express consent to proceed.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
